A Family, a Village, and a Grove Full of Stories
Our olive oil begins in the small mountain village of Logkanikos, Greece where our family has lived, worked, and cared for the land for generations. These groves aren’t just fields to us — they’re part of our family history. Every tree has been tended by the hands of parents, grandparents, and great‑grandparents who believed that good things take time, patience, and love.
Rooted in Tradition
Growing up in Logkanikos meant waking up to the scent of wild herbs, the sound of church bells, and the sight of olive trees stretching across the hillsides. Our family learned early that the best olive oil comes from respecting the land and honoring the traditions passed down through the years.
We still harvest our olives the way our grandparents did:
By hand
With care
At the perfect moment of ripeness
Traditions passed down through generations.
Because some things shouldn’t be rushed.
Our Grove in the Mountains
Our Athinolia olive trees grow at 2,300 feet on the slopes of Mount Taygetos, where the cool mountain air and rocky soil create the perfect environment for producing exceptional olives. This land has shaped our family for generations — and now it shapes the flavor of every bottle we share with you.
From Our Family to Your Table
We started this company with one simple goal: to share the olive oil we grew up with — the same oil our family has enjoyed at every meal, every celebration, every gathering.
When you open a bottle of our olive oil, you’re tasting:
The care of a family who still works the land together
The purity of a single‑estate grove
The freshness of early‑harvest, hand‑picked olives
The pride of a tradition kept alive
This isn’t just olive oil to us. It’s a piece of home.
Carrying the Legacy Forward
Today, we continue the work our ancestors began — not because it’s easy, but because it matters. We believe in honest food, made with intention, and shared with the people you love.
Thank you for inviting our family’s olive oil into your kitchen. We hope it brings warmth, flavor, and a little bit of our village to your table.
Looking out over Logkanikos from the 15th‑century Saint Demetrios Byzantine church, our family begins the olive harvest after the saint’s name day.
