Damaged or Defective Orders

If your bottle arrives damaged, leaking, or compromised in any way, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund.

What we need:

  • A photo of the damaged product

  • Your order number

Quality Concerns

We take great pride in the freshness and purity of our olive oil. If you believe there is an issue with the quality, flavor, or condition of your bottle, reach out within 14 days of receiving it.

We’ll review your concern and offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Non‑Returnable Items

Because olive oil is a food product, we cannot accept returns of opened bottles for safety reasons.

Unopened bottles may be eligible for return within 7 days, but must be:

  • Unused

  • Unopened

  • In original packaging

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the issue was our fault.

Wrong Item Received

If we made a mistake, we’ll fix it immediately. You’ll receive a replacement at no cost.
